This Website Privacy Policy describes how Kii Corporation (“Kii,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through the Kii Tank Management website at https://www.kiitankmanagement.com (the “Site”). This policy does not apply to the Kii Tank Management application (accessible at /am/ui/) or to the broader Kii platform at en.kii.com, which are governed by their own privacy policies.
Kii Corporation is a business-to-business technology company. The Site is intended for business professionals evaluating or using tank monitoring solutions.
1. Information We Collect
A. Information You Provide Directly
When you submit our contact or demo request form, we may collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Company name
- Phone number
- Message content
- Inquiry type (e.g., demo request, pricing, partnership)
B. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, the following information may be collected automatically, depending on your browser settings and whether you accept optional analytics:

We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA (Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, health information, biometric data, or similar categories).

We Do Not Sell or Share Your Personal Information
Kii does not sell personal information to third parties, as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.
Kii does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Our analytics tools are used solely for website performance measurement and are not used for remarketing, targeted advertising, or ad personalization.
4. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy:

Browser Storage
- Session storage: If you allow analytics, UTM marketing parameters and referring URL may be stored temporarily to attribute form submissions. This data is automatically cleared when the browser tab or window is closed.
- Local storage: Your analytics consent preference may be stored so the Site can respect your choice on future visits.
How to Control Cookies
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. You can also opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.
Disabling cookies will not prevent you from browsing the Site, though some functionality may be affected.
Google Analytics
If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for website analytics. GA4 collects information about your use of the Site through cookies and sends it to Google servers in the United States. Google may use this data in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy. We have configured GA4 to anonymize IP addresses where supported. We do not use Google Signals, remarketing, or advertising features.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information. These rights are provided under the CCPA/CPRA (California), VCDPA (Virginia), CPA (Colorado), CTDPA (Connecticut), UCPA (Utah), TDPSA (Texas), and privacy laws in Oregon, Montana, and other states.
Right to Know and Access
You have the right to request confirmation of whether we process your personal information and to obtain a copy of the specific personal information we have collected about you in the preceding 12 months.
Right to Delete
You have the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions (such as completing a transaction, security, legal compliance, or internal uses compatible with the context in which the information was provided).
Right to Correct
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
Right to Data Portability
You have the right to receive your personal information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
Right to Opt Out
You have the right to opt out of:
- Sale of personal information — Kii does not sell personal information. No action is required.
- Sharing for targeted advertising — Kii does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. No action is required.
- Profiling — Kii does not engage in profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. You will not receive different pricing, a different quality of service, or be denied service for exercising your rights.
Right to Appeal
If we decline a privacy rights request, you may appeal the decision by contacting us at privacy@kii.com with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” We will respond to appeals within 60 days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of an appeal, you may contact your state’s attorney general.
7. How to Exercise Your Rights

Please include sufficient information for us to verify your identity (name, email address, and, if applicable, company name). We do not require you to create an account to submit a request.
Response timeline: We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and provide a substantive response within 45 days. If additional time is needed, we will notify you of the extension (up to an additional 45 days) and the reason for the delay.
Authorized agents: If you are submitting a request through an authorized agent, we may require written authorization from you and verification of both your and the agent’s identity.
8. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
Global Privacy Control (GPC): We honor Global Privacy Control signals sent by your browser. When a GPC signal is detected, we treat it as a valid opt-out request for the sale or sharing of personal information associated with that browser, as required by applicable state laws.
Do Not Track (DNT): There is currently no universally accepted standard for how websites should respond to DNT browser signals. We do not currently alter our data collection practices in response to DNT signals, but we do honor GPC signals as described above.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 for purposes of the CCPA). If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the Site, please contact us at privacy@kii.com.
10. Security
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS), access controls, and secure infrastructure hosting. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including partner and technology provider sites. This privacy policy does not apply to those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party website you visit.
12. Email Communications
If you submit a contact form or request a demo, we may follow up via email or phone. These communications are limited to the purpose of your inquiry. If you receive communications from Kii and wish to opt out, you may do so by following the unsubscribe instructions in the email or by contacting us at privacy@kii.com. We will honor opt-out requests within 10 business days, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, applicable law, or for other operational reasons. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and post a notice on the Site. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
